**The Role**
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who gets the balance: cool under pressure, warm with guests, firm with standards, and flexible when needed. You’re the glue between front and back of house. You lead from the floor, not from the office. And you genuinely enjoy the controlled chaos of a Saturday night dinner service.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Be on the floor, setting the pace and tone for the team, before, during, and after service
- Manage reservations, flow, and guest experience in real time
- Train, coach, and support FOH staff so they’re sharp, calm, and consistent
- Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timing, communication, and standards stay tight
- Handle issues as they come, from tricky guests to missing prep to sudden no-shows
- Keep the vibe: welcoming, attentive, polished but relaxed
- Oversee scheduling, ordering, and day-to-day operations without micromanaging
- Protect the culture — lead by example, never from ego

**What You Bring**
- 2-4 years experience managing a busy, high-quality restaurant or café
- You’ve worked the floor during a packed dinner service and know how to keep things moving without losing your cool
- You’re good with people — reading guests, motivating staff, handling tough conversations
- You’re organized but flexible. You know how to keep things tight without being rigid
- You have strong taste — in food, in atmosphere, in how a dining room should _feel_
- You don’t need a suit to be professional. You lead through action, not talk
