We are currently looking for a dynamic N2 IT Technician, for a full-time, permanent role. You would be placed at our client's who is in the pharmaceutical/medical industry.

What you'll need:_**
- At least an AEC/DEC in an IT-related field;
- 5 years' experience as an IT technician;
- Good knowledge of Active Directory;
- Excellent knowledge of MS 0365;
- Experience with Vmware, Network and Switch;
- Good knowledge of IT security principles;
- Bilingualism (French and English) preferred; Unilingual French acceptable.
- A vehicle for travel when required.

What you will do:_**
- Install and configure hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals ;
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve any issues to ensure optimum system availability and reliability;
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk queries quickly and efficiently;
- Create and maintain system configuration, administration and maintenance documentation;
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations and patch management;
- Contribute to ensuring that system security and data backup and recovery procedures are in place and effective;Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V;
- Experience of network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN;
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers and firewalls;
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices ;
