The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food to our exacting standards, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, and that our customers receive delicious and timely meals. We are looking for a passionate individual who has a love for cooking and is dedicated to producing high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare menu items accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to consistently deliver top-quality food
- Keep the kitchen organized and clean to maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure food is ready in a timely manner
- Monitor food inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets health and safety guidelines
- Participate in kitchen prep work, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably with a focus on brunch cuisine
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work Thursday - Sunday and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
- Lives locally to the restaurant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
