- Conduct thorough research on property titles, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasks.

**Skills**
- Strong analytical skills to assess property transactions and identify potential issues.
- Excellent administrative abilities to maintain organized files and documentation.
- Exceptional client service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient skills with conveyancing program such as Lawyer Done Deal (LDD).
