**Summary**:
Our Family Office is looking for a Administrative Coordinator to provide day to day support to our leadership office. This role will require attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple critical requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Chairman’s EA to form an efficient and effective team and provide superior administrative support so they can be truly efficient.
- Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, handling errands and performing day-to-day tasks.
- Perform data entry
- Stay adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the team, ensure high levels of confidentiality.
- Preparing for meetings
- Maintaining and updating contact database regularly
- Assisting EA in event planning

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Minimum 2 years professional office experience or personal assistant experience.
- Strong time management with good organizational skills.
- High degree of attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and show initiative.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.
- Passion for learning.
