**Document Controller**
Gas Liquids Engineering (GLE) is a well-established, privately-owned engineering firm providing EPCM services to the energy industry, including project management, engineering, drafting and design, procurement, construction management and regulatory services.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring client standards and requirements are met for all engineering and vendor deliverables.
- Receiving and auditing drawings, documents, and forms for deficiencies to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Maintain Document Tracking and ensure records are accurate.
- Issuing and managing squad checks of various engineering and vendor project deliverables.
- Preparing and transmitting deliverables to Clients and Vendors.
- Assisting in the creation of Final Data Books.
- Preparing project files for project close out and appropriately archiving.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- At least 1-2 years full time Document Control experience working with both engineering drawings and document and vendor documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.
- An understanding of management systems, including revision structures, filing systems, squad checks and electronic document management software.
- Experience working in an EPC Company environment.
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the company as needed.
Additional Information
Pay is commensurate with experience.
