**You as a Digital Asset Specialist will**:
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos at area offices, construction sites, and other locations to support company initiatives, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging digital content, including videos, photos, and graphics, for company websites, social media, presentations, proposals, and internal communications.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative, communications, corporate services, and site teams to plan and execute photoshoots, video projects, and innovative content strategies that elevate the brand.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain the digital asset library (videos, photos, and brand assets), ensuring accessibility and alignment with brand standards, while handling related administrative tasks.
- Strategic Content Deployment: Strategically distribute content across digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and alignment with company goals.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
**Is this the right role for you?**
- Proficient in video editing software: Premiere Pro, Final Cut X, After Effects
- Strong photography skills; experience with Photoshop and Lightroom
- Skilled in operating camera and sound recording equipment
- Strong project management capabilities
- Knowledge of web analytics and asset data collection
- Ability to craft compelling visual narratives
- Completion of a 24-month Community College Program in a relevant field
- Role requires occasional physical exertion, visual/auditory concentration, and manual dexterity
