**Senior Data Scientist**

Description complète du poste:
L'entreprise est à la recherche de perles rares pouvant concrétiser la vision de l'entreprise. Votre travail consiste à aider les équipes à utiliser efficacement les données afin qu'elles puissent réaliser leur activité. A travers cela, vous allez aider à transformer les données en informations précieuses afin de prendre des décisions au sein de l'organisation. Vous travaillerez également avec l'équipe IA, et de développement web pour répondre aux questions stratégiques de la plus haute importance. Vous allez convertir des bases de données compilées complexes à partir de diverses sources au sein de notre organisation. Vous allez ainsi appliquer des techniques statistiques avancées et d'apprentissage automatique à des problèmes et à des données métier spécifiques, pour obtenir des informations exploitables. Vous devrez démontrer des compétences en leadership et jouer un rôle influent dans l'identification, la priorisation et la création d'opportunités pour exploiter les données dans des projets intersectoriels à grande échelle. Vous devrez aussi définir les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) de l'entreprise et concevoir des tableaux de bord, des rapports et des modèles automatisés pour prendre de meilleures décisions. Et enfin, vous devrez mettre en œuvre des algorithmes ML appropriés en fonction des besoins.

**Compétences et qualifications essentielles**
- Titulaire d'un doctorat ou d'une maîtrise en statistiques, mathématiques, informatique ou autre domaine technique d'une université accréditée.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dont au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que data scientist.
- Solide expérience en analyse / science des données avec un accent sur la prise de décision commerciale.
- Excellentes compétences en matière avec SQL, Python, AWS et Big Data.
- Avoir des connaissances approfondies sur les modèles d’apprentissage automatique (Machine Learning) : apprentissage profond (Deep Learning), traitement automatique de la langue naturelle (NLP).
- Pouvoir participer à la conception et le développement du chatbot.
- Une approche solide de la résolution de problèmes à l'aide de statistiques, d'analyses et de rapports visuels.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la haute direction de pour intégrer les données dans toutes les parties de notre plateforme.
- Expérience avec l'analyse du comportement des utilisateurs pour mieux orienter les décisions commerciales.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.

Conditions de travail:

- Être disponible à temps plein.
- Salaire à discuter selon expérience.
- Demie journée de travail le vendredi.
