Order Desk Customer Service Support

Reid’s Dairy is accepting resumes for a full-time, temporary Order Desk/Customer Service Clerk.
Wage is as per Employee Agreement.
The responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to:
- Greeting the public and assisting them with obtaining the information they require;
- Answering calls and directing to the appropriate person;
- Calling of customers and processing their orders for the following day delivery;
- Balancing and printing of orders to create proper paperwork for shipping and drivers;
- Assisting in keeping an up to date and accurate customer route listing and call sheets;
- Assist in organizing and create revised call sheets for Holidays;
- Send out parcels as required;
- Typing of memos and notices if requested;
- Sharing order information with Production Department;
- Willing to be cross trained in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties.
**Minimum Educational Level**:
Gr. 12 High School Diploma
**Experience**:
Customer Service experience is an asset.
**Hours per week**:
37.5 hours per week (Wednesday-Sunday)
**Job Status**:
Full-Time [Temporary Position]
