Prostock Athletic Supply Limited is looking for a full-time and experienced accounts payable clerk to join our team. We are located within walking distance of the Millennium Sky Train (Production Way & University). The duties include:
1. Maintaining vendor/supplier records
2. Creating product codes for the purchasing system
3. Assisting in updating the product codes with the latest sale prices
4. Preparing purchase orders, collecting receiving receipts and matching these documents to the supplier invoices (**attention to details is mandatory)**
5. After the three-way match, enter receipts and invoices into the accounting system
6. Reconciling the vendors’ statements to the accounting system
7. Supporting the accounts receivable position by
- Assisting in depositing cheques and posting these payments to accounting system
- Assisting in issuing sales invoices
- Assisting in balancing cash register receipts
9. Supporting the shipper/receiver when there is a coffee/lunch break and vacations
10. Ordering office supplies (including stationery, toiletries & miscellaneous)
11. Answering the phones
We offer a benefit package starting 3 months from start date. Please send a brief and concise resume stating salary expectations and including references.
Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
