**Report to: Housekeeping Manager**

**THIS POSITION IS FOR 3PM-11PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY**

**Essential Functions**:
**Must be available for all shift, evening, daytime, overnight,oncalls are common.**
- Clean all Public Spaces on a daily, according to the check list provided.
- Operate housekeeping equipment in a correct and safe manner.
- Maintain and clean Weight Room and Pool Area.
- Must know and be willing to clean guest rooms when required.
- Know and follow hotel emergency procedures.
- Report immediately to the Housekeeping Manager or Manager on Duty any out of the ordinary situation in the guests’ suite or guest area including unreported pets, parties in the suite, unusually dirty suites or a vacant suite when the room is through to be occupied.
- Accommodate guest special requests courteously.
- Employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. This could include Days, nights and overnights and on call shifts if required and holidays will be required when necessary.
- Must have the desire to work in a team-based environment.
- Answer all guest questions regarding Courtyard by Marriott and local area facilities and services.
- May be called on for assistance in other areas of Housekeeping or the hotel.
- Sorting of recyclables.
- Will be required to learn how to sort, fold and wash laundry.
- Greet all guests and co-workers in a friendly manner.
- Maintain hotel policies on safety and security.
- Maintain a safe work area at all times.
- Guest Laundry room cleaned daily.
- Offices and Front Offices are vacuumed; garbage and recycling removed daily and dusted.
- Staff Room, laundry room and staff bathroom cleaned throughout the evening
- Must be able to use floor cleaning machines
- Deliver and complete all guest deliveries and requests. A log must be keep for all guest requests.
- Carry out any reasonable request by Management
- Repetitive Tasks for long periods of time, physically demanding, Standing, walking, bending, lifting, crouching, kneeling.
- May be required to do general maintenance problems such as resetting heating units so they run, replacing and fixing broken towel racks
- May be called upon to assist at Front desk, ie: answering phones, directing guest, answering inquiries, helping with luggage when needed
- Will be trained on fire panel and know the emergency procedures when an issue arises.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Will be required to cover vacations of other employees which could require working 5 overnight shifts when necessary.
- A security check will be done on each new employee.
- Must be able to follow all covid protocols that are in place.

I need someone who can work Monday-Friday from 3pm-11:30pm, thanks

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions determined by the supervisor. Performance will be monitored using such tools as checking rooms, measuring attendance, punctuality and teamwork. Performance reviews are conducted annually and after the three-month probationary period.

**Salary**: Up to $16.50 per hour
