User Experience(Ui/ux) Lead Analyst

**We are looking for a User Experience (UI/UX) analyst to build our next generation digital systems and products**: **Team Background**: **Our team in Markets Technology within ICG is responsible for delivering Counterparty Credit Risk Management software solutions. These tools allow sales, traders, operations staff and risk officers to manage Citi’s exposure to financial institutions, governments and corporates that trade with Citi. The team builds and maintains software that provides a complete platform for our users: limit monitoring, exception management, stress testing analysis and escalation workflow capabilities are some key areas of focus. Our users rely on the system for an integrated view of trades, collateral, market data, across many dozens of sources.**: **This role will strongly contribute to the research, analysis and design of digital products and systems. You will partner with Product and Technology colleagues to create innovative and intuitive digital products that deliver best-in-class user experience and usability to our clients. This role will understand end user requirements, follow enterprise design standards, create and propose intuitive prototypes and perform iterations to produce a fit-for-purpose, great-looking and scalable UI design.**: **Responsibilities**: **>Conduct meetings with end users, product owners, business analysts, and technology to understand project requirements**: **>Understand user personas and identify journey in the system to create a consistent user experience**: **>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using available design systems**: **>Review the design, seek feedback and iterate to finalize the proposal.**: **>Document artifacts and Identify metrics and data that can support decision-making**: **>Perform testing to validate end product and provide feedback to the product and technology teams**: **>Follow existing design systems and best practices. Contribute to the same where applicable**: **>Perform detailed handover to development teams, ensuring they have all they need to implement the designs**: **>Provide ongoing support to development, with regular UX review checkpoints ensuring quality and spec are as designed**: **>Keep up to date with the latest UX practices, innovations, and tools to ensure our designs comply with enterprise and industry standards**: **>Deliver on-time, identifying and managing risks to ensure timelines are met, and escalating where needed**: **>Help to train and support junior team members**: **Qualifications**: **>4+ years of relevant experience**: **>Strong attention to detail & analytical skills**: **>Experience delivering with an agile methodology**: **>Excellent communication and presentation skills**: **>Highly skilled in professional design tools e.g., Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.**: **>HTML/CSS Development Skills**: **Education**: **Bachelor’s degree or above**: **Citi Canada is an equal opportunity employer.
