What You'll Do

  • Coordinate daily service calls and repairs, dispatching technicians efficiently across the Lower Mainland.
  • Prioritize urgent requests and communicate scheduling updates clearly to both clients and crews.
  • Manage incoming service inquiries, create work orders, and track job progress through completion.
  • Schedule inspections, repairs, and follow-up visits to ensure client satisfaction and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support technicians by preparing job details, permits, and materials coordination as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and contractors regarding timelines and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in service tracking software (experience with CRM or dispatch tools preferred).
  • Assist with invoicing, reporting, and warranty follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or construction administration (roofing or trades industry preferred).
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and organized when handling multiple urgent requests.
  • Experience with scheduling tools or CRMs (e.g., Buildertrend, Jobber, ServiceM8, or similar).
  • Professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
