Administration Officer

**Role**: Administration
**Duties Required**:
- Basic bookkeeping skills including recording and tracking payables and receivables (no specific software knowledge required)
- Data entry and data verification for cargo related transactions (no logistics experience required)
- Follow up with appropriate individuals to address transaction discrepancies or missing information
- Answer phone calls and assist customers at the front desk (minor part of duties)
- Track various office supplies (toiletries, stationary etc) and order replenishments
**Skills Required**:
- Abilit to adapt to changing circumstances and take on additional tasks on a temporary or permanent basis
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Ability to learn how to use logistics software (Cargowise)
- Friendly customer service manner
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Comfortable going into a busy warehouse for data verification purposes
- Tracking and tracing
- Payroll
- Various back up logistics functions.
**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
