Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
**Skills**:

As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our restaurant's success by preparing delicious meals for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all menu items are cooked to perfection, following recipes and maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, you will assist with meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are properly measured and ready for use. Food safety is of utmost importance, so you will be expected to follow proper sanitation practices and guidelines.
In our fast-paced kitchen environment, teamwork is essential. You will collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth operation and timely service. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen is also crucial to our success, so you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work areas as needed.
To excel in this role, previous experience as a line cook or in the food industry is preferred. Knowledge of food safety procedures is essential to ensure the health and well-being of our guests. You should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Flexibility is key in this position, as you may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
