FOR OVER 50 YEARS, Hickory Farms has been a leading retailer of specialty food products. Our best selection of products can be found at our Holiday Gift Centers in shopping malls across the country during the holiday season, as well as online. You and all the members of our Head Office operations are the forefront of a very important Hickory Farms team. The foundation of our success is based on the quality of our associates. Our Brand Champions must provide our guests with a gourmet gift buying experience to remember. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, guest-service and sales driven person to fill this role.
Specific duties include: answering customer service calls and questions, taking customer orders over the phone, providing excellent customer service at all times, assist in processing direct orders for shipping, assist the team with small tasks. The job requirement dates are from October and continue through December.
**Key Elements and Expectations**
- Project a positive, friendly and outgoing attitude at all times to our guests.
- Work in a busy environment.
- Availability to work within office hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm). As this position is seasonal requests off may not be permitted.
- Sales and customer service experience is a bonus
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
