**Physiotherapy & Administrative Assistant - Join Our Elite Team**

This full-time role offers a unique blend of hands-on patient care and clinic operations, working alongside a certified physiotherapists and a administrative supervisor. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional support, we’d love to hear from you

What You’ll Do:

- Guide clients through prescribed exercise routines and ensure proper equipment use
- Assist with front desk responsibilities: answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage data entry
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for optimal patient care
- Accurately maintain client records while upholding strict confidentiality standards

What You Bring:

- Education & Experience: Kinesiology training or relevant healthcare knowledge, plus 1+ years of administrative or office support experience (healthcare setting preferred)
- Communication & Customer Service: Exceptional ability to engage with patients and team members professionally and compassionately
- Organization & Multitasking: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and comfort handling multiple responsibilities at once
- Tech-Savviness: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and software
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable with the physical demands of assisting patients in a clinical setting
- Team Player & Self-Starter: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
