D'Arcy Bain Physiotherapy is seeking a receptionist/physiotherapy aide to join our Dakota clinic team

This position is for FULL TIME, 35-40 hours/week varying shifts, Monday - Friday (no weekends).

Shifts range from **6:45 am - 8:00 pm.**

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Professional and reliable
- Strong computer skills
- Working as an aide, assisting physiotherapists with patients

**Duties include**:

- Booking appointments
- Sending claims off to insurance companies
- Taking payments
- Order supplies and tracking inventory
- Various administrative tasks**:
**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED required, post secondary certificate/diploma in related field considered an asset_
- 1+ year front desk/receptionist experience preferred but not required_
- Experience in an administrative role is considered an asset_
