**Business Development Manager (Quebec)**
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll lead the charge in expanding our dealer network across Quebec province. Collaborating with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and service—you’ll play a vital role in driving alignment and achieving shared business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dealer Management**
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing dealerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing dealership needs and concerns.
- Monitor dealership performance and provide tailored support to ensure success.
**Dealer Acquisition**
- Identify and evaluate potential dealerships that align with our goals and values.
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies for new dealerships.
- Conduct market research to uncover and capitalize on growth opportunities.
**Relationship Management**
- Strengthen partnerships through regular communication and proactive support.
- Organize meetings and events to foster engagement with dealership partners.
- Address and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
**Collaboration**
- Partner with internal teams to align efforts and drive business goals.
- Share valuable insights from dealerships to enhance offerings and strategies.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, territory, or account management.
- Background in machinery, heavy equipment, or dealership management is a plus.
- Proven expertise in business development or sales within dealership or OEM sectors.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
- Flexibility to travel and work occasional weekends.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to pass a criminal record check.

En tant que Gestionnaire du Développement des Affaires (GDA), vous serez en charge d’élargir notre réseau de concessionnaires dans la province de Québec. En collaborant avec des équipes internes, notamment les ventes, le marketing et le service, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’alignement des efforts pour atteindre des objectifs d’affaires communs.
**Responsabilités clésGestion des concessionnaires**
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les concessionnaires existants.
- Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour répondre aux besoins et préoccupations des concessionnaires.
- Suivre les performances des concessionnaires et fournir un soutien adapté pour garantir leur succès.
**Acquisition de concessionnaires**
- Identifier et évaluer de nouveaux concessionnaires potentiels alignés sur nos objectifs et nos valeurs.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour intégrer de nouveaux concessionnaires.
- Réaliser des études de marché pour identifier et exploiter les opportunités de croissance.
**Gestion des relations**
- Renforcer les partenariats grâce à une communication régulière et un soutien proactif.
- Organiser des réunions et des événements pour engager les partenaires concessionnaires.
- Traiter et résoudre les problèmes de manière rapide et professionnelle.
**Collaboration**
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour aligner les efforts et atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.
- Partager des informations précieuses issues des concessionnaires pour améliorer les offres et stratégies.
**Profil recherché**
- Diplôme universitaire en commerce, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en ventes externes, gestion de territoire ou gestion de comptes.
- Une expérience dans le secteur des machines, des équipements lourds ou de la gestion de concessionnaires est un atout.
- Expertise avérée en développement des affaires ou ventes dans les secteurs des concessionnaires ou des OEM.
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, négociation et leadership.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et maîtrise des outils CRM.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents et le travail occasionnel les week-ends.
- Droit de travailler légalement au Canada et capacité de réussir une vérification des antécédents criminels.
