**Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House** is a growing breakfast/lunch chain that is looking for **Food Service/Server Supervisor **as we continue to expand and grow.

**We are hiring for the following location**:
**343 Glendale Ave, St. Catharines, ON L2T 0A1, Canada**

**Specific Skills**:

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Prepare and submit reports
- Serve breakfast and lunch dishes
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Prep and set up of workstations and equipment

**Additional Skills**:

- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules

**Job Requirements**:

- Some experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Catharines, ON L2T 0A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
