**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Must know OPERA.**:

- Assist in the training, coaching and support of employees and department heads of the properties.

Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of five years’ experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager is required. Must know OPERA.
- Highly energetic and motivated individual.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer/client focus.
- Knowledge/Experience in Hotel Sales
- Self-Starter with ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
- Results driven focus and ability to work through to completion in a timely manner.
- Adaptable to change.
- Monitor quality assurance scores and guest feedback; communicate and train property employees accordingly.
- Complete projects and assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans as needed.
- Other actions/duties as specified by the management.
- Supervise work at all levels and set clear objectives
- Strong background in front desk operations with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience in night audit processes is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.

Pay: $40,095.08-$66,973.27 per year
