**Purpose**:
The Administrative Support Assistant, WCC and Stores provides front-line customer service and administrative support for the Work Control Centre (WCC) and Stores units in the Facilities Services department, under the direction of the Assistant Director, Property Management.

**Education**:
Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program at York University.

**Experience**:
Previous experience in front-line customer service, basic financial support, and administrative support is required. Experience with WordPress and basic web content management is considered an asset.

**Skills**:

- Effective communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly and concisely.
- Effective customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to exercise judgement and decision making.
- Knowledge of maintaining databases (Maximo, Cliq, and SimpleK).

**Additional Notes**:
Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs. Safety shoes must be worn while on duty.
