**About the Position**

The Quotations Specialist is responsible for driving preventative maintenance account sales via deficiency reporting and quotation-based job opportunities for our contracted buildings. The Quotations Specialist has experience with sales preferably within a HVAC and Plumbing environment or similar and seeks to continually improve the process. Leadership will support the Quotations Specialist with the structure and resources to achieve objectives and provide opportunity for continued development within the organization. (This is an in office position, no site visits)

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Creation of quote cost sheets and written proposals for quoted jobs and send to client;
- Responding to inquiries with ease and following up for approval;
- Drive preventative maintenance deficiency job revenue for assigned accounts by providing deficiency report quotes, and follow-ups for approval;
- Creates/Supports preventative maintenance proposals, completion, contract management, and addenda;
- Creates annual budgets for new and existing clients;
- Creates/Support the scheduling of annual maintenances for contracted buildings;
- Manages Stacking Plan Subscriptions;
- Keeps building information up to date and edit PM checklists to reflect changes;
- Become an expert in the areas identified to be able to provide expertise support;
- Client communication;
- Assist with vacation coverage or employee absence; and
- Other duties as assigned.

**Your Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities Include a combination of the following**:

- 3+ year in related position with quotation background
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing industry or exposure to a service industry is preferred
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Able to track and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to think on your feet, multitask, and problem solve
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead and train as required.

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
