Oakridge Landscape Contractors is currently recruiting for a Lawn Maintenance Foreperson (Full-time/Year-Round Work) to join our dynamic team of talented individuals
**Position**: Lawn Maintenance Foreperson.
**Location**: This position is based in Brantford, Ontario.
**Pay**:
- $25-32 per hour
- Benefits after 3 months)
- Company-matching RRSP is available after one year.
**Job Duties**:
- Lawn Maintenance Foreperson/Crew Leader related to the landscape gardening industry.
- The position of Lawn Maintenance Foreperson will involve assisting in the daily management of maintenance projects for Oakridge Landscape Contractors.
- This position also includes the use of numerous types of related equipment.
**Key Duties include**:
- Managing a crew of 3-5 people.
- Mowing grass.
- Flower bed maintenance.
- Pulling weeds.
- Trimming.
- Raking.
- Pruning.
- Drive company truck and trailer.
**Job Requirements**:
- Valid Driver’s License “G” is required.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Minimum of 5 years field experience and 3 years crew management.
- Strong knowledge of job safety and safe work habits.
- Willingness to take appropriate classes to upgrade my knowledge.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work long hours and Saturdays as required.
- Tolerance to various weather conditions.
