Maintenance Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Maintenance Foreman to join our team at Bobs Property Maintenance. As a Lawn Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of lawn maintenance technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality lawn care services to our clients. You will manage daily operations, supervise field activities, ensure proper maintenance of equipment, and provide guidance to your team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily lawn maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality landscape upkeep.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
- Implement irrigation systems and manage water usage efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of gardens and landscaped areas to identify issues.
- Collaborate with team members to execute horticultural tasks and construction projects as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in landscaping or horticulture preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, including mowing, edging, fertilization, pest control, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and aerators.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional overtime as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, etc.).
- Must be able to safely operate lawn care equipment and machinery.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
