**What you will do**

Working within the warehouse and yard performing the safe offloading and loading of freight, detailed verification of incoming goods, freight consolidation, and reporting.

This job is in a high volume, fast paced setting in which self-motivation and multi-tasking are key factors of this rewarding work environment.

**A Day in the Life**

Reporting to the Edmonton Warehouse Manager, your job duties include:

- Loading, offloading and organization of freight
- Accurate comparison of incoming goods against supplier/shipper packing slips
- Checking for damages, irregularities and non-conformance of goods
- Responsible for matching the Client PO with the receiving vendor paperwork and complete receiving functions
- Update receiving information on the Freight Management System
- Communicate discrepancies between Client PO and inbound paperwork from supplier to the client’s buyers
- Following and abiding all safety standards and regulations and other duties as assigned.
- Coverage of other positions as required
- Assist with other warehousing projects as assigned

**What You Bring**
- You are motivated and take pride in your work

- Knowledge of MS Office and have Solid Computer Skills
- You have warehousing and inventory control experience
- Knowledge of Freight Management Systems is a requirement
- You have extensive Forklift and/or Loader experience
- Ability to obtain Dangerous Goods Acceptance Certification.
- You possess a valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
