**What your day to day will look like**:

- Inspections: creating biannual schedules for preventative maintenance on floor cleaning equipment.
- Coordinating internal and third party service techs and maintaining accurate records of sites completed.
- Coordinate with Service and Maintenance Coordinators to have all additional repairs completed.
- Coordinate and schedule emissions testing and reporting as required.
- Supporting the Service and Maintenance team as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Must have minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Must be able to read and understand service manuals
- Ability to create and foster positive working relationships, handle tight deadlines, and possess a high level of attention to detail
- Understanding for floor cleaning equipment including auto scrubbers, floor burnishers (battery and propane), swing machines, and other small vacuums
