**Primary responsibilities**:

- Provides HR & administrative support to ensure efficient operation of store and office.
- Work with other managements to design, implement the best practices in coordinate to business operation.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Perform related tasks as required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements**
- Possess post-secondary academic certification, a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of Bookkeeping and business Admin Experience.
- Preferred customer service and/or store operations ideally in retail business and enjoy working with people.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to providing a quality customer service.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office tool includes Excel, PPT, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, able to communicate in **Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and French **is an asset.

Les responsabilités primaires:

- Fournit un soutien RH et administratif pour assurer le fonctionnement efficace du magasin et du bureau.
- Travailler avec d'autres directions pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en coordination avec les opérations commerciales.
- Soutenir l'équipe en effectuant des tâches liées à l'organisation et à une communication solide.
- Effectuer les tâches connexes selon les besoins.
- Toutes les responsabilités peuvent être sujettes à ajustement à la seule discrétion de l'entreprise.

Exigences en matière de connaissances, de compétences et d'aptitudes
- Posséder une certification académique postsecondaire, un baccalauréat de préférence.
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience en tenue de livres et en administration d'entreprise.
- Vous préférez le service à la clientèle et/ou les opérations en magasin, idéalement dans le commerce de détail et aimez travailler avec les gens.
- Forte orientation client et engagement à fournir un service client de qualité.
- Orienté vers les résultats et motivé.
- La maîtrise de l'outil MS Office comprend Excel, PPT et Word.
- De solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais, capables de communiquer en chinois (mandarin et/ou cantonais) et en français sont un atout.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour
