This role is for PME Inc. (an EllisDon Company)

**You as a Project Coordinator - Special Projects will**:
Set up and maintenance of the project administration, and documentation.
Procurement and assistance in costing/estimating
Scheduling and Quality Control
Technical Reviews, Constructability and Conflicts, Generating technical submittals.
Safety and Loss Control Program

**As part of the Special Projects team, you will also**:
Collaborate and coordinate with multi-discipline teams internally and externally to find solutions to unique problems, and complete project deliverables, including but not limited to business and/or technical writing and preparing materials for presentations.
Use various software to create visual tools for Estimating, Proposals, and facilitating strategic discussions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong project coordination skills
An understanding of construction processes, especially related to the civil discipline
Able to multitask and adapt to a fast paced, changing environment
Organization, Planning, and Problem solving skills
Knowledge of working in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite or M365, AutoCAD, Civil 3D
Efficient and effective research skills
Must have valid driver's license
Team player ad excellent people skills
Civil or Construction Engineering diploma or degree with 1-2 years of experience with civil construction is an asset
