The Integris HR team is on the lookout for an experienced and People person to come on board as the HR Manager. A rewarding leadership role for a skilled, big-picture thinker with outstanding communication skills
We are looking for an individual who thrives on building strong relationships, advocating for the organization internally & externally, and is a pro at connecting people to support Integris Vision, Mission & Values. Reporting to the VP, People and leading the HR Team, recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, change management and HR planning & operations will be integral parts of the role portfolio.
