**We're Hiring: Commercial Cleaning Supervisor**

Join our growing team as a **Commercial Cleaning Supervisor** and lead with professionalism, care, and a commitment to excellence. We're looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in managing teams, maintaining high standards, and delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff across various sites
- Assign tasks based on project needs and material requirements
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
- Maintain accurate personnel records
- Recommend staffing actions, such as hiring or termination
- Address and resolve personnel and operational issues through team collaboration
- Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use
- Distribute supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Lead and support service representatives to achieve top-tier performance
- Promote and upsell additional cleaning services to clients

**Requirements**:

- Full G-Class driver’s license (must be comfortable driving and walking throughout the day)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Previous supervisory or janitorial experience is an asset

Pay: $19.99-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
