Squeaky Cleaning is a leading hospitality company that is rapidly growing. We looking to add an additional Cleaning Supervisor to our Leadership Team.

The role is fast paced, exciting, and always brings something new. We have a great recruiting team and the Cleaning Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that our new team members integrate into the company. The role features both an in office and in the field component. About 80% of the job is in the field, managing new team members as they complete corporate, residential and post construction cleans. Working with the training managers to ensure the team members integrate smoothly into the company.

**Job Requirements**
- Must have a vehicle and be able to use it daily
- At least 1 year of Residential or Hotel Room professional cleaning experience and 1 year cleaning supervisor / inspection experience.
- Any experience with Post Construction cleaning is a massive asset
- At least 1 year of experience managing people
- Strong customer service skills
- Tech savvy (must be able to use Smart Phone Apps)
- Criminal Background Check is required
- Must be available to work 5 days a week

- Able to lead and train a team

**The Position**
- Train, coach and mentor new and existing professional cleaning team members based on the training structure provided by management for Residential, Office, Post Construction and Airbnb cleans.
- Inspect and report on cleaning team performance during cleans to ensure quality assurance standards are being adhered to.
- Ensure cleaners are knowledgeable on processes and softwares as it relates to their job requirements.
- Train cleaners on how to effectively communicate with higher level corporate and recurring residential clients

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
