With over 65 years of business experience, we are looking for an energetic and reliable replenishment coordinator to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitates the acquisition of company inventory and ensures that vital inventory is kept in stock
- Schedule delivery of the desired items and ensure that the purchase is properly documented and recorded in ERP
- Guarantee that inventory orders are placed in a timely fashion so that the company does not suffer a shortage
- Requires communicating with representatives in other departments of the company for supply orders, keeping those employees up to date on the status of orders that have already been placed, and assisting with any necessary returns
- Point of contact within the company for any vendor inquiries or issues
- Keep track of backorder items on PO and follow up with the vendors.
- Coordinating and managing all activities during the purchasing process, such as creating purchase orders, monitoring transportation and invoice creation and follow-through.
- Analyze and monitor internal, economic, and consumer trends to forecast sales and inventory.
- Authorize payments, returns of merchandise, and pricing.
- Organize and locate inventory in databases and online systems.
- Analyze current and historical inventory and sales performance, and make appropriate recommendations by identifying and adjusting replenishments factors such as, min/max/lead time//turnover
- Analyze sales and on hand data, forecast future requirements, and ensure the appropriate amount of stock is kept on hand to fulfill orders. Expediting on-time delivery to avoid inventory shortages and customer chargebacks.
- Benefit to have experience with importing and Bill of Lading Docs from offshore vendors (ie. China, Taiwan, Korea) & the ability to negotiate pricing & terms with those vendors
- Data Entry
- Report preparation as requested
- Other ad hoc assignments

**Qualifications**
- Successful applicant will have a high school diploma and/or experience working in a related position
- Ability to research, analyze data and formulate key recommendations, analytical skills
- Above average Microsoft Excel Skills, and knowledge of Outlook and Word
- Experience using an ERP is a benefit
- Knowledge of production planning process
- Ability to build/improve processes and operate clearly in an ambiguous environment
- Exhibits high standards and accountability, takes pride in accuracy.
- Good Organizational Skills
- Team Player
- Work independently with mínimal supervision.
