**Compensation**:
$23 - $40 hourly

**Responsibilities**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Install cabinets and millwork with precision and expertise.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Confidently use hand and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of millwork installation practices, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiently read and interpret drawings.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

**Qualifications**:
**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in cabinet/millwork installation, joinery, finish carpentry, or related trade.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Outstanding attitude, strong work ethic, and high commitment levels.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality.
- Proactive communication style and ability to effectively collaborate with the team.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating quality finished products.
- Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Red Seal certification is an asset.
