**Compensation**:
$23 - $40 hourly, 100% health benefits coverage after 3 months

**Responsibilities**:

- You can install cabinets and millwork to the company standard
- You can manage multitasking to meet tight deadlines
- You are confident in performing the use of hand and power tool equipment that is applicable to the trade
- You can present experienced knowledge of the practices, materials, tools, and equipment used when installing cabinets and millwork or finish carpentry.
- You are proficient in reading and interpreting drawings
- You have your own hand tools and some power tools
- You are courteous in maintaining a safe and clean work environment

**Qualifications**:

- You have 2+ years of experience in Cabinet/Millwork Installation, Joinery or Finish Carpentry
- You are confident working independently, and have the ability to collaborate and work as a team.
- You have a valid driver's license and your own transportation.
- You have an outstanding attitude and high commitment levels
- You represent the brand by providing quality customer service to clients
- You are proactive and comfortable communicating with your team
- You have strong attention to detail and have a drive for creating quality finished product
- You can remain flexible when faced with ambiguity
- You have a high school diploma, or completed your GED.
- Completion of RedSeal is an asset.
