This position provides support and guidance to all employees in the Base Lodges, and to ensure the optimal experience for guests and staff. This position will take ownership of the building and ensure communication between all departments happens consistently and effectively.

**WAGE-$ 20.09 Plus Gratuity**

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Assist in training of all staff and to maintain standards
- Ensure all areas are clean, and maintained to the highest standard
- Conduct performance evaluations, and progressive discipline
- Control food and beverage inventory, and be prepared to explain any spikes in COGS
- Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to staff
- Promote safe work habits at all times and report all health and safety concerns
- Help assist Manager, building ownership

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a similar position in a fast-paced establishment including a 1 year supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to train staff and ensure exceptional customer service
- Organized, efficient and detail oriented
- Safety minded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent use with Point of Sale, Internet, MS Office programs
