Repair Planner

Crestview Chrysler has a permanent full-time position open for a professional individual. We are looking for a Body Shop Repair Planner

The Job:

- Work closely with a certified Body Shop Technician as vehicles are disassembled
- Identify and document any and all damage
- Accurately provide estimates on parts, labour, and supplies
- Calculate and supply customers with all charges pending including deductibles.
- Manage and document supplements and re-inspections throughout repair process
- Maintain a relationship based on good communication with SGI at all times
- Efficiently regulate and facilitate the flow of work through the shop
- Monitor and report repairs throughout repair process to SGI and customers
- Inspect vehicle to ensure quality before delivery to the customer
- Special projects or assignments that may be required by management

The Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a Body Shop environment
- Valid drivers’ license
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
- Working knowledge of body shop software such as Mitchell is considered an asset
