As an Office Assistant at Banff Fire & Safety Ltd., you will play a vital role in assisting with administrative tasks that support our operations. Located in Banff, Alberta, this full-time permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a busy office environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy. **Responsibilities**
- Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.
- Assist with scheduling and booking.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors through effective communication.
- Support team members with clerical tasks and organizational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in busy office environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
