***About the Role**:
The IT Project Coordinator is accountable for the overall success of the implementation of the technology and corporate technology solutions required for new & existing Operations Facilities. This role will handle multiple technology and delivery vendors, ISPs, site contacts and our own Tech team to access, plan, and execute implementation projects successfully dealing with multiple stakeholders. Travel may be required (US and CAN) to locations for special projects.

**Accountabilities**:

- Manage multiple on-going technology integration and corporate technology implementation projects; and associated tasks of various complexities, which require strong follow up, consistent communication and streamlined organization for successful completion.
- Establish all project requirements and review all project costs and ensure compliance to all timeframes and prepare appropriate presentations for stakeholders.
- Develop all project goals and ensure achievement of all deliverables.
- Analyze project risks, develop recommendations for risk mitigation and communicate mitigation options to management and partners.
- Prepare project plans in coordination with staff and ensure adherence to same.
- Administer all project resources and schedule work within timeframe. If required, manage a team of implementation specialists, and ensure all the client's needs are met throughout the implementation process.
- Maintain track of all project deliverables and ensure optimal utilization of all tools.
- Identify and assist to resolve all issues and escalate if required.
- Develop all continuous improvement processes and methods for various projects on regular basis.
- Investigate technology solutions to meet business objectives and goals.

**Capabilities**:

- Qualification: 3+ years of technical project management/process-oriented operations work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in science, business, engineering or combination of experience and other learning.
- Experience managing a technical or system implementation.
- 3+ years implementing a mix of infrastructure, software, and services to remote locations.
- Experienced in Asana and/or Jira.
- Demonstrate project management expertise, technical skills, leadership, networking abilities, troubleshooting, and teamwork.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Highly effective trouble-shooting with a solution-first approach.
- Retail/store location rollout experience an asset.

**Note**:Ability to travel throughout North America (US/CAN) is required. % to be discussed.**

**This role will be a hybrid role and requires flexibility in schedule to support Operation Facility schedules in different time zones in US and CAN.**
