Our organization is expanding into its 4th market, Calgary. We are looking for leadership that is experienced in the moving and storage industry to stabilize out new team as we continue our Canadian expansion.

As a **Foreman**, you will be required to work and provide leadership on moves in the field and effectively communicate with our company's managers.

Summary Job Requirements:

- Have a very good understanding of our company's standards and SOPs.
- Lead by example by adhering to our best practices.
- Enforce the company's standards with your teammates.
- Effectively communicate with the workers, logistics department and company managers.
- Motivate, encourage and incentivize teammates throughout month end and other challenging moments.
- Ensuring that the trucks are effectively equipped for success.
- Inspect team members and ensure they are all in dress code.
- Assist in training the technical side of the job in the field and the warehouse.
- Retraining assignments to improve the workers capacity, quality and efficiency.
- Conduct field level assessment reports.
- Ensure the trucks and warehouse are in a satisfactory state of cleanliness and condition.
- All field related activities pertaining to the relocation of clients goods.

**What We Offer**:

- A starting wage of **$36.00/hr**.
- A tip-friendly environment that will amount to an extra **$4.00** an hour on average.

As stated above, experience in the moving industry is required. Applicants will need to provide a five year commercial driving abstract with an acceptable history, two working reference, and complete a background check prior to an offer on a position being made.

**Experience**:

- professional moving: 5 years (required)
- commercial driving: 5 years (preferred)
- team leadership: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 or better (required)
