Some flexibility is required to meet program needs, including evening and weekend hours. Participation in the on-call 24/7 rotation schedule is required. **Duties for this Position Include**: - Working as part of a team to provide direct and indirect support to individuals living in the residential care facility and the supported independent apartments. - Administering medication, recording daily shift notes. - Reinforcing residents’ life skills, spirituality, and social and community skills. - Maintaining a healthy and safe environment. - Orientation and training of new part-time staff. - Following applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. - Household duties: cooking and cleaning, other duties as assigned. **Skills**: Demonstrating a warm, sensitive and caring approach, flexibility, organization, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Must have strong problem-solving skills, be able to maintain good interpersonal relationships and have a genuine interest in providing quality care for people living with mental illness. **Salary**: $34,960 - 41,520 annual salary based on education and experience. Indwell offers a competitive benefits package and RRSP contribution. **Education/Experience**: Post-secondary education in psychology, social work, sociology or a related field required. Experience in mental health and/or affordable housing.
