**Assistant Manager**

Preference will be given to applicants with related experience in the automotive maintenance or tire industries.

**We want you as our next Assistant Manager if you have all the qualities below**:
Customer Service
- You have 2 or more years experience in customer service and always strive to exceed your customer's expectations.
- You are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working in a social environment where the customer is the number one priority.
Management/Supervisory Experience
- It is desirable if you have some management/leadership experience.
Sales/Relationship Development
- You have strong sales skills and enjoy building and developing relationships with your customers.
Hands-on Approach
- You are willing to work alongside technicians as required to ensure the job gets done.
Education
- You have completed your high school diploma. If you have completed a college diploma, certificate or course-work in business or human resources this would be an asset.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- Keswick, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
