**Shop Assistant manager - Lead, Grow, and Drive Your Future Forward**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily shop operations, including inventory, merchandising, and service flow
- Supervise, train, and inspire a high-performing team
- Perform essential automotive services: oil & filter changes, fluid exchanges, tire services, and light repairs
- Manage POS and cash transactions with accuracy
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Drive store sales through smart strategies and personal engagement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment
- Negotiate with vendors and manage inventory effectively
- Utilize math and reporting skills for sales tracking and performance analysis
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure complete satisfaction
