Tradeshow Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule sales information/breakout sessions
- Coordinate sales conference and tradeshow partner meetings
- Process sponsorship and tradeshow requests by submitting information to Manager for approval
- Responsible for pre-event planning and post-event follow ups of approved sponsorships and tradeshows
- Relay graphics, orders and logistics requirements to appropriate administrative departments
- Create, maintain, and log Tradeshow documentation
- Review/assign Tradeshow Leads and distribute to Sales for post-show follow up
- Prepare and submit weekly tradeshow schedule/calendar to Manager
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
- 0-1 year office administrative experience
- Organizational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
