**This position will be located at a construction project located in the region of Greater Sudbury.**
Reporting to the Project Manager the role of a Site Clerk is to perform administrative responsibilities for the success of the project. These responsibilities include:
- Daily completion of payroll from site time sheets;
- Purchasing of materials and supplies;
- Creating Purchase Orders and reconciling receipt of materials to ensure suppliers are paid;
- Coordinating travel for employees on the site;
- Completion of the equipment logs (as needed);
- Completing necessary reports for site management;
- Managing other administrative tasks, as required.
