Henry Singer Fashion Group - Canada's largest independent Men's luxury lifestyle retailer is hiring full-time Fashion Advisors for our Edmonton location. We are looking for fashionable individuals that are goal driven and willing to join our vibrant team. - Fashion Advisors are expected to create a memorable luxury customer experience for all clients by asking relevant questions to correctly establish needs and preferences before presenting products.
- As a Fashion Advisor, your role will be to foster client relationships and maximize all sales opportunities while maintaining our Henry Singer service standard.
- At Henry Singer, Fashion Advisors are abreast with the latest menswear fashion and lifestyle trends, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and ensuring excellent client service at all times.
- Fashion Advisors are responsible for achieving sales goals by expertly following our 6 Touch Point process, collaborating with the team, and performing duties related to the presentation and operations of the shop while reporting directly to their manager.
- As an ambassador of Henry Singer Fashion Group, associates will consistently demonstrate HIRO values through their actions and words.

Education and Credentials
- High school diploma or an equivalent degree.
- Ideally, 1 year of service experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5J 3S4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
