Outside Sales Representative

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with sales strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools for account management and tracking sales activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote products and services.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience in business development within the technology sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing accounts and sales processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
