**Responsibilities**: - ** Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality**: - ** Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems**: - ** Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes**: - ** Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts**: - ** Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.**: - **Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.**: - **Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.**: ***Qualifications**: - ** 5-8 years of relevant experience**: - ** Experience in managing and implementing successful projects**: - ** Interact with Business users and understand their requirements from a data analytics, visualization and UI/UX perspective**: - ** Design and Develop Dashboards in Tableau using different data sources**: - ** Understand and analyse the data to find patterns and valuable business insights**: - ** Professional experience in building Reports, Dashboards and Scorecard**: - ** Strong knowledge on Tableau desktop, Tableau Prep and Tableau server**: - ** Strong Data Modelling skills**: - ** Working knowledge on QlikView/QlikSense and MicroStrategy**: - ** Experience of creating functional and technical documents**: - ** Should have experience of working in Agile projects**: - ** Should be good at tuning Dashboards and Reports**: - ** Strong SQL skills in at least one DB - SQL server, Oracle etc**: - ** Exposure on Big Data connectivity with Tableau/Qlik**: - ** Experience on connecting API with Tableau server**: - ** Tableau mobile development.**: - ** Integration of Tableau with R or Python**: - ** Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods**: - ** Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements**: ***Education**: - ** Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience**: ***This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
