Essential Duties and Job Functions: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that data visualisation solutions meet their needs. Manage a project backlog with internal users – ensure that projects are thought through and deliverables are clearly articulated. Optimize existing Tableau dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring a seamless user experience. Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the team is leveraging the most effective tools and techniques. Work closely with Global Data & IT teams. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all visualisations. Support new data ingestion and improvements necessary to meet end user needs. Participate in data/code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high‑quality standards. Support data ingestion where necessary while working to minimise human interaction through Tableau Prep, AI or other innovative solutions. Knowledge, Experience and Skills: An undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant quantitative discipline (computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering etc.). 4+ years applied experience in business intelligence and/or data modelling. A self‑starter with high motivation, proactive problem‑solving skills and thrives in complex and ambiguous situations. Broad and proven experience in Tableau dashboard development, especially in supporting Commercial teams in metric measurement and designs that support deep analysis. Proficiency with data visualisation and data storytelling. Experience in Tableau Prep, Snowflake and Starburst beneficial. Proficiency in database modelling, SQL, and data warehousing principles. Experience with Veeva/Salesforce is an advantage. Experience with IQVIA related datasets is an advantage.
