Entry-level - Front Desk/online Order Processing

**Responsibilities**:
- Promptly answer the telephone in a warm and inviting manner.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to the department.
- Process online orders using MS Excel (Complete training provided).
- Coordinate all courier pickup when necessary.
- Welcome on-site customers, determine the nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties.
- Acquire basic knowledge about the company and products, to be able to respond to inquiries for general information.
- Assist in the administration and coordination of tasks when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- A Customer-focused, positive attitude
- Highly organized and enthusiastic team player
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system
- Professional appearance
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset.
